It's really just knowing where to look. Low budget doesn't mean you can't find your dream home!

Do you like older homes? Consider Clifton, Crescent Hill or the Highlands. Is a newer property more to your liking? Look at Forest Springs or Polo Fields. Or if you want the most central location in all of Louisville, St. Matthews is in the heart of it all!

We have older treasures like Owl Creek and GlenOaks to newer, family-friendly neighborhoods like Rock Springs and Saratoga Springs. Large subdivisions like Hillcrest in Oldham County and the City of Prospect which boasts some wonderful neighborhoods.

Tiny gems with just a few homes like Ten Broeck all the way to the giant, planned community Norton Commons, you're sure to find a great spot to call home.
