Monthly Reports: Period Ending October 2011
Another solid month for Area 2 with home sales activity up for the 5th straight month. Home prices are flat, at basically the same level as one year ago, which is ahead of the city and region.
Very strong month for Area 3 with home prices moving up in a big way! Fifth straight month beating the previous year with October just inching out last year’s October.
Home prices return to the trend-line, which is down against the previous year. Activity up as sales pass previous year.
Very big month of sales for Area 7 but home prices continue their slide.
Sales matched the previous year exactly for October. Home prices rebounded a bit trying to return the trend-line to an upward position.
Sales are on pace with previous year for the past three months with October inching out a win. Values dropped big for the month but still pushing trend upward.
Home sales in this Oldham County area fall behind previous year for the first time since April. Home values also drop sharply for the month.
Not a big sales month for this area after two great months. Home prices relatively strong and stable.
