It should be no surprise to anyone following the situation that most of the action is taking place at the low end of the price range <a href=\"https:\/\/trepryor.com\/blog\/tax-credit-helping-some-louisville-home-buyers\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/trepryor.com\/blog\/tax-credit-helping-some-louisville-home-buyers\/\">due to the Federal home buyer&#8217;s tax incentives<\/a>, but I did find this quote from a National Association of Home Builders economist interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"309\" src=\"https:\/\/trepryor.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/new_construction.jpg\" alt=\"New Construction in Louisville KY\" class=\"wp-image-9013\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trepryor.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/new_construction.jpg 550w, https:\/\/trepryor.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/new_construction-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">New construction in Louisville hasn&#8217;t been healthy lately. Is this about to change?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s like, Louisville behaved really well at the party, but for some reason, you were as hung over as everyone else,\u201d Denk said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>So the numbers would lead us to believe that Louisville&#8217;s <em>housing market is poised for a rebound<\/em>, but because that isn&#8217;t happening, what are the causes? Unemployment? Concern over the larger, economic picture?
