Partly because we used to live there. It&#8217;s a great place! Another reason is that like <a title=\"Homes in GlenOaks, Louisville KY\" href=\"http:\/\/www.trepryor.com\/louisville\/glen-oaks.html\">GlenOaks<\/a>, <a title=\"Homes in Glenmary, Louisville KY\" href=\"http:\/\/www.trepryor.com\/louisville\/glenmary.html\">Glenmary<\/a>, <a title=\"Homes in Hurstbourne, Louisville KY\" href=\"http:\/\/trepryor.com\/louisville\/hurstbourne.html\">Hurstbourne<\/a>, <a title=\"Homes in Lake Forest, Louisville KY\" href=\"http:\/\/www.trepryor.com\/louisville\/lake-forest.html\">Lake Forest<\/a> and <a title=\"Homes in Polo Fields, Louisville KY\" href=\"http:\/\/www.trepryor.com\/louisville\/polo-fields.html\">Polo Fields<\/a> the neighborhood is built around a beautiful, green golf course. Given the amazing location of Indian Springs, I would expect the home prices to be higher, so that&#8217;s another big plus.
