CoreLogic<\/a> with their home price index, says that nationally home values are up 2.5%<\/strong>. They are also predicting a 2.0% increase for July. Here’s what they wrote about the Louisville real estate market.<\/p>\n

Home Prices in Louisville-Jefferson County Increase<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Louisville-Jefferson County, home prices, including distressed sales, increased by 2.0 percent in June 2012 compared to June 2011 and increased by 2.2 percent* in May 2012 compared to May 2011. Excluding distressed sales, year-over-year prices increased by 2.1 percent in June 2012 compared to June 2011 and increased by 2.3 percent* in May 2012 compared to May 2011. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
