If you&#8217;re listing a home again, they might see the old price and think the new one is inflated. If you&#8217;re renting a property, people might try to contact you about a home that\u2019s no longer available. In Louisville, that\u2019s usually the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the sale is complete or the listing is pulled, your agent should update the MLS status. Some will remove the listing.
