Longwood<\/strong><\/a> is a fairly new, upscale neighborhood in Oldham County, directly across from the outstanding North Oldham schools near Paramont Estates. Similar in class to homes you might find in Prospect<\/a>, Landis Lakes<\/a>, or the newer parts of Lake Forest<\/a>, there are some high-end homes in this great neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices range from the low $ 400s to over $700k and they typically reside on lots between 3\/4 and a full acre. The neighborhood first began in 2006 but due to the housing recession hasn’t picked up steam, as is the case with most new neighborhoods. But due to its great location in Goshen and close proximity to award-winning Oldham County schools, Longwood will certainly become an established, quality neighborhood in time.
