Don’t just take my word for it, here are Five Reasons to Buy a Home This Year from the experts at MarketWatch<\/a>. I’ll bullet point the reasons below, but if you’re considering a move in 2009, you should read the whole piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. You have a large inventory to choose from
3. Builders are offering big discounts
4. Mortgage rates are historically low<\/a>
