This makes the 56th neighborhood added to my Best Louisville Neighborhoods<\/em> and it’s a good one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notting Hill<\/strong> is a rather large neighborhood in the East End of Louisville (just East of Locust Creek<\/a>) that actually stretches across the border from Jefferson into Shelby County. So pay attention to which portion you are considering when it comes to schools. It’s a beautiful plot of land with several different home type options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, we have some luxury Louisville condos<\/a> that are truly deluxe, with more on the way. These are priced from the low $300s and up. Next, we had the main portion of the neighborhood that has homes priced from high $200s all the way to the high $400s. Ball Homes have come in recently to further build out this neighborhood with more Louisville new construction<\/a>. Lastly, there is the Estate section of Notting Hill located in Shelby County with just a handful of lots that are 5 acres plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar to other Best Louisville Neighborhoods Polo Fields<\/a>, Stone Lakes<\/a> and Indian Springs<\/a>, Notting Hill<\/strong> is worth considering if you’re looking to build in Louisville’s East End.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
