Louisville Homearama 2015 has been announced for Spring Farm Lake off Wolf Pen Branch Road in Louisville’s East End.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Color me psyched when I get the press release announcing Louisville Homearama 2015<\/strong> for Spring Farm Lake<\/a>. From the release:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spring Farm Lake, off of Wolf Pen Branch Road in Prospect, has been selected as the site of Homearama 2015<\/strong>. The site will offer a potential 15 lots as part of the event next July 11-26th. Spring Farm Lake is developed by Signature Green Properties, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of the lots that are part of the Homearama section of Spring Farm Lake will back up to either a two-acre lake or a deed-restricted 12-acre pasture that is permanent open space. Lots are approximately 25,000 to 30,000 square feet and will be priced at $115,000 to $175,000 in this section.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As of this posting, nothing appears in our MLS for this neighborhood though according to the subdivision’s official site, three lots are already sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
