Catalpa Farms is newer neighborhood just began in earnest during 2018. Located in Southeast Jefferson County, new construction homes are now being built in this scenic location. Now, when I say "scenic" that means you'll have to drive a bit to get here. First, you drive to Shakes Run then drive through it to reach Catalpa Farms. I understand that will be an entry at its southern edge via Taylorsville Road but as of this writing it's not completed. Homes begin in the mid $350,000 price range and go up to the high $600,000's. Similar neighborhoods might be Rock Springs and Little Spring Farm. Make sure to scroll down to check out the photos!
