The official spelling is GlenOaks but most get it wrong and just use Glen Oaks, to describe this great Louisville neighborhood. Starting in the early 1990s, it is located in a gorgeous part of Louisville in the northeast part of Jefferson County and even spills over into Oldham County. Just east of The Villages of Springhurst, Glen Oaks is right across the street from Louisville's only planned community—Norton Commons—which a lot of people are really loving. Did I mention that Glen Oaks has a wonderful golf course?

The neighborhood has lots of rolling terrain, which allows for many fall away lots. You'll find a good number of walkout basements in Glen Oaks.
Home designs range from traditional to contemporary and many in between.
Most lots are fairly generous with many mature trees to offer privacy, even while maintaining the sidewalk community feel.
Certain golf course views are simply exquisite. There are several lakes as well!
