Notting Hill is a rather large neighborhood in the East End of Louisville (just East of Locust Creek) that actually stretches across the border from Jefferson into Shelby County. So pay attention which portion you are considering when it comes to schools. It's a beautiful plat of land with several different home type options.

Next, we had the main portion of the neighborhood that has homes priced from from high $200s all the way to the high $400s. Ball Homes has come in recently to further build out this neighborhood with more Louisville new construction. Lastly, there is the Estate section of Notting Hill located in Shelby County with just a handful of lots that are 5 acres plus.
Similar to other Best Louisville Neighborhoods Polo Fields, Stone Lakes and Indian Springs, Notting Hill is worth considering is you're looking to build in Louisville's East End.
