Spring Farm (technically called Spring Farm Place) was the start of the super luxury homes in Prospect just off Wolf Pen Branch Road. In the beginning the "place" wasn't in place, it was simply Spring Farm. The naming of these can be confusing. The road that they all branch off of is called Spring Farm Road, so I guess that makes sense. Then you enter this area and they named the street Farm Spring. Seriously?
Spring Farm Glen is simply a single street. I'm not going to be adding this one to my list.
In chronological order, next came Spring Farm Pointe. This is the lowest price point of all the Spring Farm neigbhorhoods. It's also quite small and nestles up to the Gene Snyder Expressway.
Finally, we have Spring Farm Lake. Priced in the between Spring Farm (higher) and Spring Farm Pointe (lower), Spring Farm Lake is the newest high-end new construction in Louisville's East End. Clear as mud, right? Agents are constantly calling these Louisville neighborhoods by the wrong name. If only they would have let me name these developments.
Most of the homes in this great neighborhood are century old, stately structures. But there are also smaller, more modest property. Then there is the luxury high-rise 1400 Willow which is a unique living experience. Similar neighborhoods woule be Cherokee Gardens, Indian Hills, Spring Farm, Spring Farm or even Anchorage. This very centrally located area has so many great shops and eating locations, I literally couldn't begin to list them all.

Home's here don't have to be giant mansions but all of them are very high-end and are selling at $1 million or more.
One great thing about Spring Farm is that every single property is extremely nice so you don't have to worry about your neighbors home's bringing your property value down.
