Nearby Northfield, Alia and Barbourmeade, this mid-tier subdivision is in a very convenient location near expressways, the Holiday Manor shopping center and other neighborhoods—Old Brownsboro Place and Thornhill. There is an estate section within this neighborhood where the lots are larger and the homes are significantly bigger and more expensive.
