Located in Crestwood, Brentwood is a newer neighborhood that just launched in 2014. As of this writing, there are still builders building new construction homes in Oldham County and lots are available.
Now, this is high-end neighborhood with some amazing homes. And you can't be the Oldham County public schools. Similar neighborhoods would be Catalpa Farms, Fox Run, Locust Creek and Rock Springs.

There are a couple of entries into the Brentwood neighborhood. This is the one you reach after driving through Spring Hill off highway 329.
Wow! This home is gorgeous. You can see the extra touches the architect and/or builder added to the front facade.
Here is a more traditionally styled home that you will find throughout Louisville. Having five gables provides great visual interest.
I find this home's design to be more unique. I'd love to see the inside! I'm sure it has great views out the back and enjoys a peaceful setting on this cul-de-sac.
The Brentwood neighborhood does have a clubhouse and pool for the residents. They're just now adding the water otherwise I would have grabbed a photo of the pool as well.
I love the color choices for the stone and brick on this Brentwood home. They've done a nice job with their landscaping so far too!
This property backs up to some woods and has a walkout basement. Got to love the outdoors in Springtime!
