Fox Run is a newer neighborhood in the popular area near Old Henry Road. Close to both Woodmont and prestigious Lake Forest, Fox Run offers homes from $300k-$400k. This neighborhood was just developed about five years ago and already they built more than 50 homes, with more under construction as I type. If you’re looking for new construction in the price range, this east end of Louisville subdivision with worth considering.

Rock Springs is a brand new RJ Thieneman neighborhood right off Highway 22 still inside Jefferson County. (It’s streets aren’t even mapped yet!) Homes start in the low $300s and feature styling not commonly found in traditionally minded Louisville. Rock Springs, near Prospect and Glen Oaks, is close to shopping in The Summit and expressways.
