Home Staging, Virtual Staging or Nothing at All?

Photo of a home office that's staged nicely

I was recently asked to contribute to a real estate Q&A entitled Real Estate Photography, Home & Virtual Staging Q & A: Tips & Advice that is found on Porch.com. So of course, I accepted. *wink*

There are some great opinions in the piece so if you’re interested, I encourage you to head over and check it out.

Like most things in life, quality matters. Poorly done virtual staging is worse than no staging at all. The same case might be made about poor home staging but I’d put less weight on that. At the end of the day, the home’s quality/features and how well they’re captured in the photography that means the most. At least to me.

Have a great day!
