Do you like looking at new homes? I sure do! That’s a big reason why I decided to get into Louisville real estate in the first place.
If you’re like me, you’ll want to add this event to your weekend schedule. Starting Saturday, April 25th, at 12 noon, you can tour up to 82 new Louisville homes. Wow!

The producers of the annual Homearama and Tour of Remodeled Homes are bringing the largest and first mobile app based new home tour in Louisville. The Tour of New Homes will take place April 25 & 26 from 12 noon to 6:00pm. This free, scattered-site new home tour will feature 82 newly built homes in new home communities in the Louisville area. Homes featured will range from substantially-complete construction that still has options for interior customization to fully-furnished model homes.
The Parade Craze app is a great idea and makes things much easier. Especially when these homes are scattered all over the place!
