According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 99% of those 36 years old and younger use the Internet to look at photos, evaluate neighborhoods, and compare properties. I imagine the percentage of all buyers is very close to that number, as well.

Homearama 2017: Taking It Up a Notch

It’s that wonderful time of year when my favorite event takes place—Homearama! Very few people get as excited about this event as I do. Even though it takes place in the middle of Summer and the weather is unbearably hot I absolutely love seeing the latest and greatest in Louisville’s new construction.
