Louisville is a popular, affordable vacation destination. However, it’s understandable that Kentucky residents often prefer to take trips a little further from home. The state of Kentucky isn’t on the coast, but that doesn’t mean homeowners can’t dream of owning their own beachfront property.
New home buyers almost always have an opinion on what style of house they want. They love the charm of the Craftsman style; they long for the simplicity of a Ranch; they’ve always dreamed of living in a stately Victorian, or they grew up in a classic Cape Cod and that’s what their heart is set on.
The question is, do any of these potential homeowners actually know what makes a house a Craftsman or a Cape Cod or a Ranch?

For many individuals and businesses, a high-speed internet connection has become less of a desirable feature and more of an indispensable one. So that means high-speed internet homes are in massive demand.
A report from the United Nations, in fact, described internet access in general as a basic human right. Here’s the quote: “The internet is one of the most powerful instruments of the 21st century for increasing transparency in the conduct of the powerful, access to information, and for facilitating active citizen participation in building democratic societies.”
So, where are the high-speed internet homes?

Well that doesn’t happen very often. For the month of August 2014, there were 1,047 properties sold. Fast forward one year and 1,047 were sold in August again. Can you say deja vu?

Crimes, particularly burglaries, can strike when you least expect it. Although living in Louisville is generally considered safe, it still isn’t enough reason for you to get too relaxed with your security. Real estate properties, particularly those left vacant for a certain period of time, are easy targets for burglars and criminals.
When you go in search of that new pack of gum to buy, do you research the different brands, customer ratings and ingredients online first? Of course not! It’s a pack of gum. It’s a buck. Our time is too precious.
